The durable PPS polymer is a self-extinguishing material, so it is completely safe and solid. Resistance to high temperatures allows the use of this light material in chimneys discharging flue gases from condensing gas boilers. It is an ideal solution for existing shafts that require renovation. Choosing a KT series chimney will ensure durability and long-term operation.
A number of elements necessary for the chimney
The KT single-wall system consists of elements made of PPS polymer, as well as additional accessories and necessary elements made of steel, min. centering band ensuring the stability of the structure. For a better strengthening of the cable, the KT system has been equipped with a bend with a solid, steel foot.

APPLICATION AND ADVANTAGES OF THE PP SYSTEM:
- Inserts for the return of exhaust gases from heating devices with low exhaust temperature
- Flue gas discharge from closed combustion (turbo) and condensing boilers
- High tightness of the installation due to the use of a pin-socket joint and gaskets
- The diameters in standard dimensions allow the cable to be properly adapted to the device while maintaining the correct operating parameters
- The rigid elements of the PP system are connected in the socket system with the gasket, while the flexible elements are connected in the threaded system with the gasket.
Thanks to such connections, the structure of the chimney insert is stiff and the connections are tight.
