CHARACTERISTICS OF SWR SYSTEM

IMPORTANCE OF VENTILATION SYSTEM
Ventilation technology constitutes currently one of the most important branch within construction industry. Increase of people's expectations towards quality of life, industry development and many other factors have influenced on housing conditions. Owing to that fact, the aspect of proper work of ventilation systems has took on a new, special light. Key line activity of ventilation system is to provide proper air circulation between the room and surrounding area. In case of natural ventilation, cool air flows through the leakages in windows or walls and then it mixes with warm air. Warm air leaves the room through the ventilation grille or special systems of ducts. The whole air circulation proceed continuously without any interruptions. Its wrong operation can lead to many problems such as: steamed-up windows, mould, or fungi, high humidity inside the room with wooden floor or furniture, because it leads to its swelling. Another evidence of improper functioning of ventilation is condensed steam, that appears on many surfaces. Additionally improper air circulation has a wrong influence on well-being of people present in a room. It could cause also an allergy. Because of above mentioned reasons proper working ventilation system is of the key importance.
CONSTRUCTION OF GRAVITY VENTILATION
Gravity ventilation consists of pipes and fittings made of galvanized steel. The variety of connecting fittings gives huge possibilities in changing the direction of existing ducts. Additionally ventilation system is enriched with different types of caps- deflectors as well as wind driven roof ventilation- turbomax type.
Caps have to protect the ventilation system from precipitations and to provide the proper chimney draught in case of wind driven roof ventilations. Proper chimney draught in case of gravity ventilation is of key importance, because it is responsible for fulfilling the basic function of ventilation system. Inadequate parameters of elements’ cross-sections, atmospheric conditions, inadequate chimney placing lead to the chimney draught disturbance. It is a serious problem that influences negatively on the room climate.
SWR SYSTEM NOVELTIES
To meet expectation of our clients we enlarge our SWR offer of a new products. The first are insulated elements of SWR systems. The 30 mm insulation protects it from over-cooling of duct walls, what could lead to chimney draught disturbance and steam condensation on its walls. The construction of insulated system consists of: galvanized steel liner, 30 mm insulation and external galvanized steel jacket.
Absolute novelty is wind driven roof ventilation TURBOMAX made of galvanized steel of three colours: red, brown an silver with stainless steel collar. Match of two materials and different colours gives perfect visual effect. Colours of caps are fitted to the most popular colours of roofs. It is a perfect solution for people, who appreciate uniformity of colours (root composes with roof plating without giving an impression of separate element).
Another new product of SWR system is awning with galvanized rings. Awnings are available in two versions: with two, three or four rings. An interesting and modern shape, aesthetic quality of work as well as worked up details should encourage to chose awnings of that type.
