KPD Double -stage system isolated for condensing boilers or WPPS hypertension
Double-wall WPPS system (Coaxial Air-Flue Gas)
The KP system, also known as the WPPS system (Coaxial Air-Flue Gas Duct), is a system of pipes and fittings for the discharge of flue gases from heating devices with a closed combustion chamber and condensation devices.
Air is sucked in for the combustion process by the space between the air and flue gas jackets. The conduit is made of acid-resistant steel due to the special exposure to acids formed as a result of the reaction of acid oxides with water. Additionally, gaskets have been used in the internal pipe, which are to ensure 100% tightness of connections and guarantee the safety of system users.
The KP system of coaxial construction is economical in terms of the area it occupies. Instead of two wires fulfilling separate functions, we have one wire that fulfills two functions.
The KP system is also available with 30 mm stone wool insulation (KPD System. It prevents excessive cooling of the chimney walls.
Purpose of the system:
- existing chimney liners for the removal of flue gases from heating devices with low flue gas temperature,
- exhaust gas passages with the use of shafts in newly built buildings,
- flue gas discharge from boilers with closed combustion chambers (turbo) and condensing boilers,
- free-standing, insulated chimneys,
- for chimneys installed outside intended for the discharge of flue gases from boilers with forced flue gas draft,
- systems using cascade systems,
